All complaints are received and handled by our team. All related details will then be gathered and compared in relation to the insurers and then contact the insurer directly on the behalf of the Client.
The Client has the right to submit any complaint to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) in case they didn't receive a satisfactory solution for the complaint through the FRA email: or any other means of communication.
