All complaints are received and handled by our teamwork. All related details will be then gathered and compared in relation to the insurers and then contact the insurer directly on the behalf of the Client.
The customer has the right to submit to EFRA any complain in case he didn't receive a satsfactory solution for his complain through the EFRA Email: tsei@fra.gov.eg or any other means of communication.
