All insurance complaints are received by our team, where the client's complaint is examined, documents are collected, and the insurance company is contacted on behalf of the client to present his/her complain.

The client has the right to submit a complain to Financial Regulation Authority (FRA) in the event  that he does not receive a satisfactory solution via the Financial Regulation Authority (FRA) Email: or any other means of communication.
