Plan & Hull Liability Insurance

This policy provides coverage's against loss, damage or liability, arising out of an accident to Aircraft. Insurance company will deem costs of replace or repair accidental loss of or damage to the aircraft arising from the risk covered including disappearance if the aircraft is unreported for sixty days after the commencement of the flight. If the Aircraft is insured for the risk of flight losses of emergency expenses necessarily incurred by the insured for the immediate safety of the Aircraft consequent upon damage or forced landing. Moreover, the policy will indemnify the insured for all sums which the insured shall become legally liable to pay and shall pay as compensatory damages-including costs awarded against the insured-in respect of accidental bodily injury and accidental damage to property caused by the aircraft or by any person or object falling therefrom. Policy also covers the legal liability to passengers and shall pay, as compensatory damage in respect of bodily injury to passengers whilst entering on board, or alighting from the aircraft as well as to baggage and personal articles of passengers arising out of an accident t the aircraft
